JobFaro is a service of Impact Investments S.r.l. (also referred to as "MPCT S.r.l."), a limited liability company (società a responsabilità limitata) registered in Italy, in Trieste. Both names are the same company: "MPCT S.r.l." is the abbreviated form of the company name recorded in the Italian company register. In these Terms, "JobFaro", "we", "us" and "our" mean Impact Investments S.r.l. "You" and "your" mean the business that signs up for the service.
Charges from us show up on your card statement as JOBFARO.
Our emails and other business communications may be signed MPCT S.r.l. instead of Impact Investments S.r.l. It is the same company, at the same registered office and with the same VAT number shown above.
These Terms are an agreement between two businesses. JobFaro is sold to contractors and other companies, not to consumers for personal use.
For one monthly price, JobFaro gives you:
What JobFaro is not. We are a software and service company. We do not sell you leads. We do not promise you a number of calls, leads, jobs, or dollars. We do not promise any position in Google or any other search engine. We do not do your roofing work, we do not give you legal, tax, or insurance advice, and we are not a party to the contracts you sign with your customers.
You start by activating a trial from your preview site or from jobfaro.com. To start the trial you enter a payment card. We do not charge that card during the 14-day trial.
The trial lasts 14 calendar days, starting the day you enter your card. If you do nothing, the trial turns into a paid monthly subscription automatically — this is explained in full on our Billing Terms page, which is part of these Terms.
One free trial per business. If you cancel and come back later, we may ask you to start paying right away instead of running a second trial.
$297.00 US dollars per month, charged automatically to the card on file, starting on day 15 of your trial and then on the same day every month, until you cancel.
There is no setup fee, no per-user fee, no charge per lead, and no charge per text message inside normal business use. There is no minimum term and no contract length: the subscription is month to month.
If we ever change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
If a payment fails, we will try the card again and email you. If we still can't collect, we may pause your website and CRM until the balance is paid. We will tell you by email before we do it.
You can cancel at any time, with no penalty and no cancellation fee. How to do it, and what happens next, is on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page and on the Cancel page.
If you cancel before the end of the 14-day trial, you are never charged anything.
You own your stuff. Your business name, your logo, your photos, your text, your customer list, your reviews and your domain name belong to you. Signing up does not transfer any of that to us. The domain is registered in your name, and if we register it for you, it is still yours.
We own our stuff. The JobFaro platform, the page templates, the code, the CRM software and the JobFaro name belong to us. Your subscription is a licence to use them while you pay, not a sale.
Licence you give us. While you are a customer, you allow us to host, copy, resize and publish your content for the only purpose of running your site and your CRM, and to show your site as an example of our work. If you don't want your site used as an example, email us and we'll stop.
What happens when you cancel.
If you break these rules we can suspend or close your account. When we can, we'll warn you first and give you 7 days to fix it.
We work to keep your website and CRM up all the time, but we don't promise a specific uptime percentage. Things break, hosting providers have outages, and we sometimes take the system down briefly for maintenance.
We improve the product continuously and may change or replace features. If we remove something you rely on, we'll email you first.
Support is by email at [email protected]. We answer during Italian business hours, Monday to Friday, and we aim to reply within one business day.
No warranty. Except for what we promise in writing here, the service is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any business result.
Limit on what we owe you. If something goes wrong and we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, lost leads or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that can't be limited under the law that applies.
You cover us for your content. If somebody sues us because of content you gave us, or because of texts, calls or emails sent to your contacts through the service, you cover our reasonable costs.
Changes to these Terms. We can update these Terms. The date at the top always shows the last change. For changes that matter — price, billing, cancellation, ownership — we email you at least 30 days before they apply.
Law and courts. These Terms are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Trieste, Italy have jurisdiction. This does not take away any right you have under mandatory United States federal or state law, including the FTC rules on automatically renewing subscriptions.
If a piece falls. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
