Who sends these messages

Text messages sent under the JobFaro name come from Impact Investments S.r.l. (also referred to as "MPTC S.r.l."), Via Guido Zanetti 1, 34133 Trieste (TS), Italy — P.IVA / C.F. 01331310324, trading as JobFaro. Both names are the same company.

JobFaro is a website and CRM platform for roofing contractors in the United States. Messages are sent by us, or by the licensed messaging providers we use to carry them, or by our platform on behalf of a JobFaro customer contacting their own leads and customers from their own business number.

What kind of messages you get

Only these. Nothing else.

1. If you are a JobFaro customer (the contractor)

• New lead alerts. Somebody fills in the form on your website, or calls your business and doesn't get through — we text you the name and number so you can call back while the job is still warm.
• Account and service notices. Trial reminders, billing notices, and replies from support when you have asked us something.

2. If you contacted a roofing contractor who uses JobFaro

• Missed-call text-back. You call the contractor's business number, nobody picks up, and our platform sends you a text from that same business number so you are not left waiting.
• Follow-ups the contractor set up, such as an appointment confirmation or a request for a review after the work is done, and the conversation that follows.

We do not send marketing blasts. We do not text purchased or rented lists. We do not send messages to anyone who has not given consent.

How often you get them

Message frequency varies — it depends on how busy your business is, and there is no fixed recurring schedule.

A contractor typically gets one message per new lead or missed call: in practice a handful a week, and more in storm season. Somebody who calls a contractor's number normally gets one reply text per missed call, plus whatever messages follow if they answer.

How you give consent

• Contractors: you opt in when you give us your mobile number when you request your site or set up your account, and agree to receive service text messages about your account and your leads. You can also opt in by texting us first, or by asking us in writing.
• Homeowners and callers: you opt in when you call or text a JobFaro customer's business number, or when you submit a form on their website that tells you, at the point where you give your number, that you agree to be contacted by text at that number.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to buy JobFaro, and you do not have to agree to texts to get a quote or hire the contractor. Say no and we reach you by phone or email instead.

You must be at least 18 years old, and you must be the subscriber of the mobile number you give us or be authorized to use it.

How to stop the messages

Reply STOP to any message. STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and REVOKE all work.

We stop straight away. You get one last message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and after that no further texts come from that number unless you opt in again. You can also email hello@jobfaro.com and ask us to remove your number, and we will.

If you change your mind, reply START to the same number to begin receiving messages again.

Reply HELP to any message and you get a reply with our name and how to reach us.

Or email hello@jobfaro.com at any time. A real person answers within one business day. That mailbox is monitored — it is not a no-reply address.

What it costs you

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you anything for the text messages themselves. Your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan. If you are not sure what your plan includes, check with your carrier.

Delivery is not guaranteed

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither we nor your carrier can guarantee that every message arrives, or that it arrives on time. Delivery depends on your carrier's network, your device, and your coverage.

Because of that, please do not rely on text messages for anything urgent, time-critical or safety-related.

Carriers

The program is supported on major United States wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS and Cricket. Carrier support can change without notice, and we send messages only to United States numbers.

Your privacy

We treat your mobile number as personal data. We do not sell it, and we do not share mobile opt-in information or your consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We pass your number to the messaging providers that carry our messages only so that the message can be delivered to you.

Changes to these terms

If we change how the messaging program works we update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we tell the people enrolled in the program before it takes effect.
