What you are agreeing to when you start a trial

You are starting a subscription that renews by itself. The free trial turns into a paid plan automatically. You do not have to do anything for the charge to happen — you have to do something to stop it.
The price is $297.00 per month, in US dollars. That's the whole price. No setup fee, no per-user fee, no hidden extras.
Your card is charged for the first time 14 days after you start the trial, on day 15. Example: start the trial on March 1 and the first charge is on March 15.
After that you are charged $297.00 every month, on the same day of the month, automatically, on the same card, for as long as you stay a customer.
It keeps renewing until you cancel. There is no end date and no contract length.
You can cancel any time, including during the trial, and pay nothing if you cancel before day 15. Cancel at jobfaro.com/cancel or email [email protected]. It takes one message, there is no phone call, no retention script and no cancellation fee.
We email you a reminder 3 days before the first charge, to the email address on your account, so the charge is never a surprise. Keep that address current.
On your statement the charge shows as JOBFARO.

Who charges you

Impact Investments S.r.l. (also referred to as "MPCT S.r.l."), trading as JobFaro, Via Guido Zanetti 1, 34133 Trieste (TS), Italy — P.IVA / C.F. 01331310324, REA TS 205198. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Both names are the same company: "MPCT S.r.l." is the abbreviated form of the company name recorded in the Italian company register. Emails from our sales team may be signed MPCT S.r.l., invoices and receipts may be issued as Impact Investments S.r.l., and the charge on your card statement shows as JOBFARO — same company, same registered office, same VAT number, every time.

The trial

14 calendar days, from the moment you enter your card. Zero charged during those 14 days. You get the full product during the trial — the website live, the CRM, missed-call text-back, review requests — not a limited version.

The first charge

On day 15, $297.00 is charged automatically to the card you gave us. If that card fails, we retry it and email you; we may also send you an invoice for that month. If we can't collect at all, we pause the service.

The renewals

Every month after that, on the same day, $297.00, automatically, no notice needed for each individual charge. If a month doesn't have that day, the charge falls on the last day of the month.

Price changes

Never without warning. We email you at least 30 days before a new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Stopping the charges

Cancelling stops all future charges. Cancel before day 15 and you're never charged at all. Cancel later and you keep the service until the end of the month you already paid for; you're not charged again. Full detail on the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Records

You get an email receipt for every charge. Ask us and we'll send copies of any receipt or invoice.

Questions about a charge before you call your bank: email [email protected]. We answer within one business day and we'd rather fix it directly than fight a chargeback.
