What happens next

  • We confirm by email within one business day. Until you have that confirmation in writing, assume it didn't go through — send it again.
  • Still in your 14-day trial? You are never charged. Not for the site, not for the days you used it.
  • Already paying? Future charges stop. Your site and CRM keep running to the end of the month you already paid for, then the hosted site goes offline. Your domain and your content stay yours.
  • Want your stuff? Ask in the same email and we'll send your website content and your CRM contacts within 14 days.

Before you go

If you're cancelling because something isn't working, tell us in the same email. If it's our fault we'll fix it — and you can still cancel afterwards. We won't hold your cancellation hostage while we "look into it".
