How to stop paying us, in one message, with no argument.

Do either of these:
That's it. No phone call, no form to mail, nobody trying to talk you out of it, no cancellation fee. We do not ask for a reason, though we're glad to hear one.
We confirm your cancellation by email within one business day. If you don't get that confirmation, email us again — until you have it in writing, assume the cancellation didn't go through.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your next charge date to be sure it doesn't go out. If we receive your cancellation later than that and a charge has already left, see "Refunds" below.
You are never charged. Nothing. Zero. As long as we receive your cancellation before day 15 of the trial, no money moves. You don't owe us for the site we built or for the days you used it.
We bill month to month for a service that runs month to month, so we don't normally refund a month that has already started and been used.
We do refund, in full and without arguing, when:
Ask by email at [email protected]. We answer within one business day. Approved refunds go back to the same card, and take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement — that part is your bank's timing, not ours.
Outside those cases, if you feel a charge wasn't fair, email us anyway and tell us why. We'd rather sort it out than have you fight your bank.
If you file a chargeback with your bank, three things happen:
None of that is a threat, it's just how card disputes work. Email us first — [email protected], one business day, and if we got it wrong we refund it.
The company behind JobFaro is Impact Investments S.r.l. (also referred to as "MPCT S.r.l."), Via Guido Zanetti 1, 34133 Trieste (TS), Italy — P.IVA / C.F. 01331310324. Both names are the same company, so if you received an email signed MPCT S.r.l. and your paperwork says Impact Investments S.r.l., nothing is wrong. On your card statement the charge always shows as JOBFARO.
